YOUR TASKS:

  • Assessment and management of the Manufacturing Team to maximize service to customers
  • Provides overall management direction and leadership to manufacturing teams by focusing on sound operating principles; coaching employees to develop critical skills; clearly communicate strategy and vision, and helping teams translate those business strategies into their daily work
  • Shares and communicates critical, best practice manufacturing processes and performance standards. Monitors and analyzes key performance indicators of manufacturing sector. Ensures capacity and productivity improvement plans are maximized within scope of constraints that includes CBA
  • Ensures control and compliance; Troubleshoot technical issues related to product design, manufacturing processes or analytical methods
  • Actively lead service improvements throughout managing responsibility. Drives improved productivity, improved efficiencies, safety, and lower costs within the scope of the collective bargaining agreement
  • Leads production standards ensure they are maintained. Administers and enforces policies and procedures for MAPAL Inc.
  • Develops and maintains a strong positive working relationship with all internal departments locally and internationally 

YOUR PROFILE:

  • 5-7 years, demonstrated experience in manufacturing management within specialized industry. Labor relations experience a plus
  • Strong work ethic; Self-motivated; independent and capable to make decisions
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Exceptional presentation skills (both behavioral and utilization of presentation software)
  • High energy level with excellent verbal and written communication skills
