You have the opportunity to advance in your training with us at any time. We’re happy to support you in this. For instance, by “attending” the MAPAL Academy. Here you’ll find professional, social and intercultural programme concepts and seminar formats, which we have developed for the entire MAPAL Group and which are running at your site. This makes the learning content up-to-date and of high quality.

Whether it be learning languages, understanding our products better or progressing in terms of technology: Extensive training programmes keep your knowledge and skills up-to-date – regardless of the level you’re currently at in your career.

Mobile Working & Flexible Working Hours

Is it important for you to be able to organise your working hours flexibly and to work remotely if required? We support that. You also have the option of flexible working time models.

Health Promotion & Sport

Your health is your wealth. As an employer, we take our duty of care seriously: safety and security are our top priority. That is why you can choose interesting offers from different areas of health promotion. At each site, we develop individual courses on the topics of occupational safety, prevention, nutrition, exercise and ergonomics.

We encourage you to stick by a sporting commitment in your free time. For instance, if you take part in swimming competitions, running or cycling races, we will provide you with team clothing or reimburse you for part of the entry fees.
