At MAPAL’s annual graduation ceremony in Aalen in October 2019, 37 young specialists received their graduation certificates. 22 cutting-machine operators, five industrial mechanics, one metal-technology specialist, six industrial clerks and three students in machine- and industrial-engineering dual programmes have now ended their training or study period. In the past 2.5 to 3.5 years, the junior employees have passed through all stations of the training centre as well as all administrative and production areas of the internationally active manufacturer of precision tools. An expert team of trainers provided them with the necessary technical and practical knowledge and supported them in their personal development. 13 of the 37 graduates passed the final examinations with flying colours. Due to their good performance, the Chamber of Industry and Commerce has awarded them with prizes and praise. Dr Jochen Kress, President of the MAPAL Group, and HR Manager Hans Krauss congratulated the young specialists on successfully completing their training and handed over the certificates.  “Jobs will change, but sound vocational training is the basis for successful professional development,” Kress assured the young people. For the young people at MAPAL, their development continues step by step. They’re now getting the chance to familiarise themselves with their respective working environment.
