MAPAL veröffentlicht Nachhaltigkeitsbericht für das Jahr 2023

Wie steht mein Unternehmen in Sachen Nachhaltigkeit da? Eine Frage, die sicherlich den einen oder anderen Arbeitnehmer bewegt. Zumal Unternehmen mit mehr als 500 Mitarbeitern in der Europäischen Union (EU) über kurz oder lang einen Nachhaltigkeitsbericht vorlegen müssen. MAPAL etwa ist für das Jahr 2024 erstmals in der Pflicht. Grundsätzlich geht es darum, Transparenz zu schaffen über interne Entwicklungen in Bereichen wie Umwelt, Langlebigkeit von Produkten, aber auch in Bezug auf die Mitarbeiter. Diese Berichtspflicht entstammt der EU-Richtlinie zur Nachhaltigkeitsberichterstattung von Unternehmen (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive, kurz CSRD).

Die MAPAL Dr. Kress KG hat für das Berichtsjahr 2023 einen Nachhaltigkeitsreport veröffentlicht. Neben dem Fokus auf die Stakeholder, also Mitarbeiter und Management, aber auch Eigentümer, Kunden und Lieferanten, wirft der Bericht auch einen Blick auf die Produkte und Wertschöpfungskette von MAPAL. Die Unternehmensgruppe entwickelt in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden innovative Lösungen, die Effizienzsteigerungen, Kostensenkungen und präzise Ergebnisse ermöglichen. Und nachhaltige Effekte erzeugen.
