Les machinistes usineurs fabriquent des outils de précision ou des mandrins sur des machines-outils à commande numérique, ce qui exige une précision au µ près. En 3 ans et demi maximum, tu apprendras en détail comment usiner les métaux et comment manier les machines-outils. Tu te familiariseras avec la fabrication d'outils de précision ou de mandrins selon les dessins de construction, les plans de travail et les procédures.
Prérequis :
- Bon diplôme de fin d'études secondaires
- Affinité technique, capacité de représentation spatiale et habileté au travail manuel
- Fiabilité, motivation et esprit d'équipe
Programme de la formation :
- Formation de base en usinage des métaux
- Formation sur les fraiseuses, tours ou rectifieuses CNC
- Fabrication de composants destinés aux outils spéciaux, aux dispositifs ou aux postes de réglage
- Formation au sein des départements spécialisés de l'entreprise
Durée de la formation :
- 3 Ans et demi
- La formation peut être raccourcie de six mois en cas de bons résultats scolaires et en entreprise

Les machinistes d'outils de précision fabriquent des outils de précision pour tous les types d'applications manuelles et mécaniques. Tu affûteras en outre des plaquettes de coupe et effectueras l'entretien des machines de coupe et des rectifieuses les plus diverses. Tu apprendras dans le cadre de ta formation à lire les dessins techniques et à systématiquement travailler selon des directives détaillées. Ce faisant, tu contrôleras et consigneras la qualité des produits que tu as fabriqués.

Un mécanicien industriel est chargé de la maintenance et de la commande de machines-outils jusqu'aux installations complexes de fabrication. À ce poste, tu contribueras au bon déroulement de la production et à l'assurance qualité. Tu apprendras en un maximum de 3 ans et demi les bases de l'usinage de métaux, de la commande de machines d'usinage ainsi que de la fabrication et du montage des modules et des outils. Les tâches de mesure, de contrôle et de réparation des composants feront également partie intégrante de ta formation, tout comme la création et l'utilisation de documents techniques.

As a metal technology specialist (m/f/d) specialising in machining technology, you’ll work on conventional machines or CNC machining centres. You’ll learn to read technical drawings and parts lists and create turned, milled or ground parts according to detailed work instructions. You’ll monitor the manufacturing process here as well as the quality of your products. You’ll maintain and care for the machines used.

Mechatronics engineers can build complex systems from mechanical, electrical and electronic parts that are controlled by software. Production engineers support the production processes from product development and design to the most important element of the value chain: the customer. It’s your job as a production engineer to coordinate, plan and control the large number of processes at these interfaces. To do this, you’ll work together with product and process developers and designers. But your tasks also include working with partners such as suppliers, manufacturers and customers as well as the production team.

Technical product designers design parts, assemblies, tools or complete systems. You’ll use 3D and 2D CAD systems to produce detailed 3D models and drawings with professional dimensioning. You’ll design customer-specific solutions in compliance with current standards. To do this, you’ll create assembly plans and parts lists for manufacturing and take care of product documentation.
