    Gli utensili per la finitura di fori rappresentano la competenza centrale di MAPAL. A seconda della complessità della lavorazione e dei requisti in termini di precisione e finitura superficiale, MAPAL offre sempre la soluzione più adatta: Per la massima precisione sono disponibili alesatori e barenatori di precisione con inserti regolabili e speciali pattini di guida; per ottenere invece maggiore produttività l'assortimento comprende alesatori a più taglienti e sistemi a testina intercambiabile.

    L'assortimento per la foratura in metallo duro comprende soluzioni per la lavorazione sicura e conveniente di pressoché qualsiasi materiale, ed è completato da moderni sistemi a testina intercambiabile. Gli utensili di allargatura, che intervengono in quella fase di lavorazione che sta tra la foratura e la finitura, devono presentare la migliore combinazione possibile di robustezza, per assorbire le forze di lavorazione che entrano in gioco, e di alta redditività. Grazie ad una tecnologia innovativa e all'assoluta precisione, MAPAL propone un vasto assortimento di utensili con inserti intercambiabili e con taglienti PCD saldobrasati.     Fresatura

    MAPAL offre l'utensile più adatto per ogni tipo di lavorazione di fresatura. Tra questi rientrano frese di finitura in metallo duro integrale, frese con taglienti in PCD, nonché frese con inserti intercambiabili. Oltre alle più comuni tipologie di lavorazione, MAPAL offre anche strategie di lavorazione come la fresatura per interpolazione circolare, la fresatura trocoidale e la fresatura elicoidale proponendo soluzioni utensili innovative.

    Sujeción

    Al utilizar herramientas, su acoplamiento al husillo de la máquina y, por ende, la tecnología de sujeción, desempeñan un papel central. El programa de tecnología de sujeción MAPAL ofrece para cualquier aplicación una interfaz que garantiza para la herramienta el rendimiento, la precisión de concentricidad y la precisión de cambio requeridos durante la utilización. A la vez, el uso inteligente de la fabricación aditiva ha creado unas posibilidades de diseño completamente nuevas, especialmente en el ámbito de la tecnología de sujeción.

    MAPAL's focus in the area of turning is on hard turning using PcBN. Special tool systems and a broad selection of standard indexable inserts are partof the range. The portfolio is supplemented by HSK-T turning holders that make it possible to exploit the advantages of the HSK connection also on lathes.

Gracias a la intensa colaboración con los fabricantes de automóviles y los proveedores, MAPAL rápidamente pudo ofrecer soluciones globales para el mecanizado de componentes para motores eléctricos, haciendo honor a su reputación como socio innovador y fiable para proyectos de futuro.

    La digitalización crea procesos transparentes

    La digitalización también plantea unas exigencias especiales para las empresas. En este contexto hay dos evoluciones básicas importantes: en primer lugar, la digitalización de la propia empresa MAPAL, que con una mejor transparencia, homogeneidad de los datos y unos estándares uniformes a escala mundial ofrece un mejor servicio a sus clientes y se convierte en un socio aún más fiable. Más allá, gracias a la conexión en red digital de las empresas a lo largo de la cadena de valor se crean nuevos productos o cambios significativos de los productos existentes.

    Odwaga przedsiębiorcza i dalekowzroczność w historii MAPAL wielokrotnie prowadziły do przewagi technicznej w dziedzinie innowacji. Tak było na przykład w przypadku selektywnego topienia laserowego, które MAPAL jako pierwsza firma w branży wprowadziła na szeroką skalę. Nowe możliwości konstrukcji i produkcji narzędzi przełamują granice i otwierają nowe możliwości projektowe. Obecnie selektywne topienie laserowe stanowi doskonałe uzupełnienie obróbki skrawaniem.

The technical field staff from MAPAL are in close contact with the customers.
Proximity to the customer is not just a slogan at MAPAL, instead it is an essential part of the corporate identity. Only by means of regular contact on equal terms is it possible to become familiar and understand in detail customers' processes and the challenges in the different sectors and markets. And to make more and more improvements on this basis. This is what more than 450 employees in the technically orientated field service stand for worldwide.

The close dialogue with customers and therefore also the early identification of technological requirements and approaches for innovations are an essential pillar of corporate policy for MAPAL. Accordingly, MAPAL is represented directly with production subsidiaries and sales subsidiaries in 25 countries. As such, short distances, personal contacts and long-term partnerships are possible. Along with its subsidiaries, MAPAL products are available
in 19 further countries via sales representatives.

​​​​​​​In addition to the headquarters of the MAPAL Group in Aalen, there are eight further sites in Germany representing technologically leading tool solutions. The centres of competence, as acknowledged specialists in their area, safeguard a high standard of production, support regional sales and are responsible for the transfer of knowhow and expertise to the subsidiaries worldwide.
