We are right there for our customers in Mexico: MAPAL Frhenosa has two sites located here with the strategic goals of generating further growth, gaining more customers and expanding market share.

After Monterrey, we officially opened the second MAPAL Frhenosa plant in Santiago de Querétaro in February 2019 and are now also present in the very centre of the country. This allows the teams to consistently expand sales, production and service here as well.

In Querétaro, almost 40 employees are currently working on the best interests of our customers. Due to the modern way of working of the sales department in the home office and on site, we are further optimising response times and meet the increasing demand even better. For the region around Querétaro has developed into an important industrial centre for the international automotive and aerospace industries in recent years.

In the spacious manufacturing area of Santiago de Querétaro, the qualified team primarily takes care of the production and reconditioning of PCD tools, while the team in Monterrey positions itself as an expert in the production and regrinding of solid carbide and ISO tools. The machine equipment and manufacturing processes comply with the international standards of the MAPAL Group.

Standards that we also live up to in the area of human resources as we also place great importance on shared perspectives in Querétaro. Therefore, we train junior staff and support our employees through further education and training.

Health measures

We encourage our employees to be healthy. Specialists from the occupational health service advise and support our employees in order to prevent and treat illnesses. They also offer various preventive examinations.

We’re also happy to support sporting activities employees take up outside the workplace. For example, we pay part of the entry fees for various swimming, running and cycling competitions or provide you with team clothing.

On top of this, our employees can attend seminars and workshops on the topics of ergonomics at the workplace, exercise, nutrition and stress management.
