We have been represented in Thailand with a branch office since 2014. A dozen employees work in the sales office in Bangkok. They serve customers in Thailand mainly from the automotive industry, but also more and more from the die and mould sectors as well as aerospace industries.
The team offers a wide range of proven MAPAL products tailored to the respective needs of our customers. The special focus is on our fine boring tools.
Just like at all our other sites, we also provide training in Bangkok and offer our employees comprehensive further training. This also includes exchanges with other MAPAL subsidiaries or the parent company in Germany.
We think of ourselves as a family – internationally as well as here, in our Bangkok branch office. This transforms us into a strong team on the ground. Our employees benefit from various bonuses, a company pension as well as health insurance.

Our company has grown as a family business – and we feel just like a big family. That’s why we also want to celebrate together. Depending on the site, there are summer festivals, for example, or even our annual Christmas market. Our MAPAL Football World Cup or European Championship takes place every two years, bringing together colleagues from various sites across Germany and abroad.
Some events are only for employees, others are open to relatives and visitors.
We are one MAPAL and recognise the achievements of our employees: That is why we honour long-serving colleagues once a year during a special celebration and also like to invite our retirees.
También fomentamos las actividades deportivas de iniciativa propia. Nos hacemos cargo, por ejemplo, de una parte de las cuotas de inscripción en las competiciones de natación, carreras y ciclismo, o bien facilitamos la indumentaria del equipo.
Además, nuestros/as empleados/as pueden asistir a seminarios y talleres sobre los temas "Ergonomía en el puesto de trabajo", "Movilidad", "Nutrición" y "Control del estrés".
