New appointments to key management positions at MAPAL

On January 1, 2025, the MAPAL Group filled two strategically important management positions. On the one hand, Laurent Benezech, previously Business Development Manager at MAPAL France, took over the position of Global Head of Segment Management Aerospace at the beginning of the year. 

He succeeds Dr. Piotr Tyczynski, who in turn took up the position of Managing Director of the MAPAL subsidiary in Poland from January 1. MAPAL is delighted to have quickly filled this position in the strategically important Aerospace market segment with Benezech.
 

Benezech has held various positions at MAPAL in France since 2011 and brings with him valuable expertise as an expert in the aerospace sector. In recent years, he has made a significant contribution to the development and success of the market segment, both professionally and in the management of various teams. 

Among other things, he was also responsible for setting up the Global Organization for Assembly, which he will continue to head until further notice.
 

Tobias Bayerle has held various positions at MAPAL in Aalen since 2013, including in product management and internal sales for clamping technology. 

In addition to his extensive specialist and industry knowledge, he also has the necessary experience in leading various teams and has already made a significant contribution to the success of the clamping technology product group at MAPAL in the past.
