Tu travailles en relation étroite avec d'autres sites et tu maintiens un contact régulier avec les équipes du groupe sur nos canaux de communication et lors de déplacements professionnels. Nous garantissons ainsi une collaboration étroite et une bonne cohésion, au niveau national et international.
Outils et méthodes de travail modernes
Dans nos bureaux et bien entendu sur chaque site dans le monde, tu as à disposition les outils les plus récents et du matériel de pointe.
Ainsi, tu travailles dans un environnement Office 365° basé dans le cloud, avec SharePoint ou Teams. Nous misons sur des méthodes de développement agiles et nous sommes passés a Scrum. Au cours de la présentation des projets, tu te familiarises plus en détail avec les environnements de développement et les processus individuels. À découvrir absolument.
Prévoyance retraite
Nous encourageons notre personnel à se constituer une retraite complémentaire afin de pouvoir compenser une éventuelle baisse de revenus à la fin de leur carrière.
