Claudio Gabos is new Chief Sales Officer of the MAPAL Group

With effect from 1 July 2024, Claudio Gabos is the new Chief Sales Officer of the MAPAL Group and thus part of the MAPAL Executive Team. He takes over the role from Siegfried Wendel. Gabos has been with MAPAL since 2015 and has been Managing Director of the Italian subsidiary of the precision tool manufacturer since 2017. He was also responsible for strategic projects with a global scope. "We are delighted that we have been able to recruit Claudio Gabos for the position, a trusted colleague who has the ideal qualifications for this role. We are convinced that Mr Gabos will make an important contribution to the further development of the MAPAL Group," says Dr Jochen Kress, President of the MAPAL Group.

Claudio Gabos has over 20 years of experience in the field of precision tools and machine tools. He has held various management positions, particularly in sales, including as Managing Director and Sales Manager of an Italian trading company. In addition to projects of national importance, he was responsible for the market launch of international premium brands.
