With the EA-Performance-System, MAPAL presents fine boring tools with simple, μm-precise adjustment in the diameter range from 10 to 19 mm. The innovative system combines easy handling with high precision, process reliability and cost-effective fine machining.

MAPAL is setting a new standard in the fine machining of small diameters with the EA-Performance-System. Where two adjustment screws and considerable manual skill and experience were previously required, the new system significantly reduces this effort: The back taper is structurally integrated, and the diameter is adjusted using just a single adjustment screw.
