    Ein-Schuss-Lösung

    Das Kombinationswerkzeug mit ISO-Vorschneidstufe und HPR400 plus System erlaubt die Finishbearbeitung von Bohrungen mit hohen Aufmaßen (bis zu 6 mm) in einem Schritt. Die Hauptzerspanung übernimmt der ISO-Teil, das HPR400 plus System sorgt für die Finishbearbeitung – ohne Einstellaufwand und mit kurzen Taktzeiten.

    Die neue Lösung mit Wendeschneidplatten und zwei nutzbaren Schneidkanten wurde für
    Bohrungen mit speziellen Bodenkonturen entwickelt. Sie bietet hohe Stabilität und Zuverlässigkeit und ist besonders wirtschaftlich – ideal für Schwenklager und Lagerbohrungen mit Freigang am Bohrungsgrund.
