A successful start to their careers

57 apprentices have completed their training at the MAPAL Group’s German sites

Over the past few months, 57 apprentices have successfully completed their apprenticeships at the MAPAL Group’s German sites. These young professionals have gained qualifications in technical and commercial roles, thereby reaching an important milestone in their careers.

With 32 successful completions, Aalen recorded the highest number of graduates. Trainees there qualified as machining technicians, industrial mechanics, mechatronics technicians, industrial business administrators and IT specialists.

At the various sites, apprentices acquire practical specialist knowledge and gain early experience in different areas of the company – from production and maintenance to commercial and IT-related roles.

“Training young people is an important investment in the future. We are therefore all the more delighted about the successful completions across such a wide range of vocational roles. Successfully completing an apprenticeship is the result of dedication, a willingness to learn and professional development. We warmly congratulate all graduates on this significant step in their lives,” says Henrik Konrad, who is responsible for apprenticeships within the MAPAL Group.
