There are also five industrial clerks, an IT specialist and a specialist for warehouse logistics. Three students in the fields of machine engineering and industrial engineering and management will begin their dual study programme at the company in October.

A total of 135 young people are currently being prepared for their careers at MAPAL in Aalen, compared with around 300 at all locations in Germany. Young talent is important to the company: “Changes in industry and demographic trends are changing the world of work. That’s why we need young, qualified specialists who will tackle tomorrow’s challenges with us,” says HR Manager Hans Krauss, explaining the company’s consistently high training quota.
