MAPAL converts tool packaging to 100 per cent recyclate
From December 2023, the MAPAL Group will be converting the existing BlockPack packaging to a 100 per cent recycled material. The changeover will take place gradually so that existing stocks can be used up. The BlockPack packaging remains unchanged in terms of size, shape and function. The new packaging can only be recognised by its grey instead of white colour. Other types of packaging will also be converted to recycled material in the course of 2024.
The use of recycled materials helps to reduce resource consumption and CO2 emissions, thereby reducing the ecological footprint. It also reduces the amount of waste and plastics. The MAPAL Group is thus taking another important step towards sustainability and environmental protection.
