Around 170 employees (including 11 trainees) are responsible for the manufacturing and sales of multi-bladed reamers at the Winterlingen site. The tools are distributed via the worldwide MAPAL network and in the retail trade.

Solid training and further education as well as technologically demanding work tasks and long-term loyalty to the company are essential pillars of the staffing policy at the Winterlingen site.

Company physician
