Nella filiale brasiliana MAPAL do BRASIL – Ferramentas de Precisão Ltda. lavorano circa 125 dipendenti. I punti di forza della nostra attività si concentrano su aree riguardanti utensili di truciolatura, tecniche di serraggio, dispositivi di regolazione e servizi legati alla manutenzione degli utensili.

La sede di Ibirité, situata nella regione metropolitana di Belo Horizonte, è stata fondata nel 1997. Qui, i colleghi e le colleghe sono al servizio non solo di clienti brasiliani, ma anche provenienti da tutta l’America Latina.

Nello stabilimento di Ibirité, lo standard delle attrezzature e della tecnologia è elevato e corrisponde allo standard globale all’interno del gruppo MAPAL. Pertanto, gli ingegneri e le ingegnere progettano e producono direttamente nello stabilimento di Ibirité la maggior parte dei prodotti venduti. La clientela proviene da settori molto diversi tra loro: dal settore automobilistico, aerospaziale, petrolifero e del gas, quello per la costruzione di macchinari e stampi, nonché dal settore energetico.

Come in tutte le sedi, anche a Ibirité diamo molta importanza alla formazione e al perfezionamento professionale in linea con i nostri standard MAPAL. Investiamo su personale giovane e qualifiche in loco e consolidiamo lo scambio internazionale con la nostra sede centrale in Germania e in altri paesi. Una strada che percorriamo insieme come team: molti dei nostri e delle nostre dipendenti lavorano con noi da più di 15 o 20 anni e siamo felici di vederli tramandare le loro conoscenze alle nuove generazioni MAPAL.

We encourage our employees to be healthy. Specialists from the occupational health service advise and support our employees in order to prevent and treat illnesses. They also offer various preventive examinations.

We’re also happy to support sporting activities employees take up outside the workplace. For example, we pay part of the entry fees for various swimming, running and cycling competitions or provide you with team clothing.

On top of this, our employees can attend seminars and workshops on the topics of ergonomics at the workplace, exercise, nutrition and stress management.
