作为MAPAL法国分公司（France S.A.S.）车削和铣削部门的团队负责人，Adrien Lacour先生总是对富有成效的工作充满期待。

在机床切削加工车间和办公桌之间——作为一名优秀的团队掌控者，他可以在众多岗位上进行切换，且在各项工作上都游刃有余。在MAPAL位于法国Le Chambon-Feugerolles镇的工厂，Adrien Lacour先生通过在车削和铣削领域的工作，起到了作为生产和部门管理之间接口的重要作用。

“我不仅负责材料-和刀具的订购，还需要将已经加工完成的零部件预备好，然后移交到热处理工序，同时我也负责组织和安排我们团队的轮班计划。此外，我本人也经常直接参与到生产制造工作中。在很大程度上，由我独立负责我的部门。因此，我必须了解所有的机床性能，并且对于每台机床的公差捻熟于心，”Adrien Lacour先生在介绍他在MAPAL法国分公司的工作领域时总结道。MAPAL法国工厂坐落于Saint-Éienne 市附近的Chambon-Feugerolles镇，专门生产采用整体硬质合金和多晶金刚石（PCD）为材料的多刃铰刀、钻头和铣刀等产品。

MAPAL是Adrien Lacour先生职业生涯的第一站，他本人也来自于奥韦尔根-莱茵-阿尔卑斯省（Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes）地区。从一个相当于高中的技工学校毕业之后，他首先完成了技术创新和生态设计专业的理科学士学位。在完成这个学业之后，他为自己又选择了一个为期两年的扩展学习课程，专业重点是机械加工过程的工业化。和MAPAL结缘，始于他从2014年起开始接受的车床操作培训。接下来，他就被雇用为固定的员工。“当时，我正在寻找一家可以提供为期两年的以实践为导向的高等技术学院课程，并且同时获得 BTS-法国高级技师文凭(Brevet deTechnicien Superieur)的公司。我之所以最终选择了MAPAL，是因为我在这里看到了理想的工作环境以及组织得井井有条、干净整洁的车间。另一个吸引我的地方是，在这里有机会让我探求我当时所期待的金属切削加工的世界，”刚刚晋升为车削和铣削部门团队负责人的Adrien回忆说。

生产带头人

他目前的责任范围既包括部门管理，也包括金属切削加工领域的工作。“目前，我还负责组织安排在一台德玛吉-森精机车床和一台意大利BIGLIA-车床上的生产加工。同时，我还承担了管理和加工订单的跟单任务，以及原材料的和金属切削部门所需刀具的采购工作，”他这样描述道。每周一次，他会将已加工完成的零部件准备妥当并且移交到热处理工序进一步处理。在生产加工部门，他的大多数同事们分为两班制工作。如果工作负荷有需求的话，有几个部门会立刻改为三班倒工作。

在所有的机床上得到了培训

He was especially pleased about his promotion because of the trust that has been put in him and because he has been given tasks with great responsibility and creative leeway. He is also expected to attain additional qualifications and expertise in his new position. By undergoing training on several machines, he hopes to add even more strings to his bow. “The company has taught me how to use a wide variety of machines, which has built up my skill set. I can now use all of the machinery in the machining sector and also harness the software for computerised construction and manufacturing”, Adrien explains. He also quite enjoys hands on work on the CNC lathe and milling cutter if he's needed there.

Motivation through progress

Adrien believes that his versatility not only makes him more productive but also happier. “It motivates me when I can do my job better in all areas, intensify cooperation in my team and brush up on my English while I’m at it. The great thing about this job is that I can really see what I’ve achieved at the end of the day.” The young Frenchman has set himself ambitious goals: In the mid to long term, he would like to further optimise the team’s organisation, press ahead with the digitalisation of the site, acquire more machines and hire more employees.
