MAPAL at AMB 2026

More than just products: solutions for our customers’ success

From 15 to 19 September 2026, MAPAL will be exhibiting at the AMB in Stuttgart in Hall 1, Stand C11, across an area of 390 m², showcasing product innovations, its comprehensive turnkey offer and specific machining solutions for strategic components from its key sectors.

The precision tool manufacturer’s innovations for 2026/2027 are making customers’ production processes more productive and easier to manage, whilst setting new industry benchmarks. “Today, users expect manufacturing solutions that ensure both cost-effectiveness and process reliability, whilst also allowing for flexible adaptation to different requirements,” says Jacek Kruszynski, Chief Technology Officer at MAPAL. “At AMB, we will present innovations that meet these requirements and take the opportunity to engage directly with customers and partners.”

Among the highlights of the product innovations is the new EA-Performance-System for fine boring. For the first time, MAPAL presents a solution for setting fine boring tools even in the challenging diameter range of 10 to 19 mm using just one adjustment screw. Users benefit from the reduced setting effort and at the same time highest precision and process reliability.

The second generation of the MEGA-Deep-Drill-Alu also sets new standards. The new deep drill has been developed for the reliable machining of large drilling depths in aluminium and combines an optimised geometry, a high-performance cooling system and a tailored cutting material concept. This enables the flexible and reliable machining of various aluminium alloys.

Component-focused manufacturing solutions

As technology partner, MAPAL provides its customers with bespoke support, right through to comprehensive turnkey solutions. MAPAL assumes full responsibility for the entire process, from process analysis and design, through the supply of tools and setting fixtures, to simulation, programming and production support. Visitors to the stand can find out how MAPAL delivers complete project planning, right through to a process ready for production, within twelve to 14 weeks.

As always, MAPAL’s trade fair presence focuses on the customer, their individual production portfolio and the machining requirements for their components. MAPAL will showcase representative solutions for applications in the automotive industry, general machining and the aerospace sector, creating a basis for in-depth discussions with visitors.

MAPAL is once again using the AMB as one of the industry’s most important platforms to showcase the further development of its service portfolio and its key focus areas in the individual market segments. At the same time, the trade fair provides an opportunity to gather practical insights and discuss the future direction of modern manufacturing processes with customers and partners.
