YOUR TASKS:
- Interacts and manages in a good working relationship with customers by responding to all inquiries and complaints concerning orders, invoices, shipments, inventory counts, etc. in a courteous and effective manner
- Processes and inputs all customer orders/quotes within the same work day
- Produces stock reports to check for product availability
- Produces all related paperwork and necessary information required for customer orders
- Coordinates special and last minute shipping requests with the shipping department(s), expediting any order as necessary
- Provides follow up with other departments to ensure service standards are being met
- Assures proper invoicing of accounts by verifying SAP pack slips and invoices
- Prepares shipping and tracing information to customers as required
- Communicates distributor feedback to sales management including any signs of dissatisfaction
- Acts as a liaison between shipping and the distributor in administration of the accounts and between accounting and distributor regarding invoicing
- Oversees all paperwork associated with orders and maintain the corresponding files
- Maintains current and accurate work instructions, which details the processing requirements for each account
YOUR PROFILE:
- Education, Experience, Military or Training equivalent to 2-4 year degree program in business oriented program
- 5 + years successful administration and management of customer service accounts.
- Strong work ethic; self-motivated; independent and capable to make decisions
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- High energy level with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent phone skills with a positive attitude toward customers and the business
- Customer focused; ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
