Le nouveau système de mandrin hydraulique permet de profiter de conditions de coupe élevées grâce à son excellente stabilité et à une très grande précision. Il minimise les vibrations induites afin que les outils serrés ne soient pas exposés aux micro-vibrations. La sollicitation de la broche peut ainsi être réduite de 15 %, la durée de vie de l'outil est considérablement allongée et une qualité de surface optimale est garantie.

De plus, la surface brillante obtenue par MAPAL grâce à un procédé de polissage spécial
assure une meilleure résistance des mandrins contre la poussière et la corrosion. Les utilisateurs peuvent serrer l'outil dans le logement avec la plus grande fiabilité et peu
d'effort. Un détrompeur permet de manipuler les mandrins de manière simple et intuitive.
C'est notamment le cas pour le mandrin UNIQ DReaM Chuck, 4.5° puisque ce système permet un gain de temps considérable par rapport à d'autres mécanismes de serrage.

Avec DirectCool, une option de configuration est disponible pour garantir un refroidissement optimal, même pour les outils sans refroidissement interne. La technologie de refroidissement décentralisée DirectCool soutient la stabilité thermique pendant le processus d’usinage et contribue à une précision constante ainsi qu’à une durée de vie prolongée des outils, ce qui renforce encore la sécurité du processus.

The hydraulic UNIQ Mill Chuck is specially designed for clamping milling tools with an HA shank. Due to the high temperature resistance of 80 °C even with very long milling cycles, it impresses with highly dynamic milling applications such as SPM (Structural Part Machining), HSC (High Speed Cutting) or HPC (High Performance Cutting) of high-quality components with excellent process reliability and a high material removal rate. Universal application for roughing, semi-finished and finishing operations.

The UNIQ DReaM Chuck, 4.5° is ideally suited for reaming and drilling applications as well as for use with finishing milling cutters. Thanks to the clamping initiation in the hollow shank taper flange, it enables maximum rigidity with minimal use of material at minimal tool restriction. The outer contour of the UNIQ DReaM Chuck is based one to one on DIN 69882-8 for heat shrink chucks. This means that the advantages of hydraulic expansion technology can be transferred to these applications.
