Joint power of attorney for Roger Steiner and Alexander Koschewski

Roger Steiner, Chief Operations Officer, and Alexander Koschewski, Executive Vice President Strategy & Business Development, have been granted joint power of attorney for the MAPAL Group. Roger Steiner assumed responsibility for all global operations tasks on 1 September 2023. Alexander Koschewski is responsible for strategy development, transformation and internal communication at the highest management level. Through their great commitment, both are contributing to the sustainable success of the MAPAL Group. The high level of trust in and recognition of their work is reflected in their appointment as authorised signatories.
