Dr. Jochen Kress

Dr. Jochen Kress is the third generation to head the family company. The holder of a doctorate in mechanical engineering joined the company in 2000. Since January 2018, he has been responsible for the strategic alignment and long-term development of the international group of companies as the President.
Kress is also active in education and the industry. He is a member of the council of the Aalen University and belongs to the Board of Directors of the Precision Tools Industrial Association of the VDMA (German Mechanical and Plant Engineering Association).
Claudio Gabos

As the Chief Sales Officer (CSO), Claudio Gabos is responsible for Global Sales at the MAPAL Group. The Marketing and Public Relations departments are also part of his area of responsibility.
Gabos has over 20 years of experience in the machining and machine tools industry. The mechanical engineer began his career at MAPAL in 2015 and was most recently the Managing Director of MAPAL Italia.
Roger Steiner

Roger Steiner is MAPAL’s Chief Operating Officer (COO). The industrial engineer has more than 25 years of industry and management experience.
He began his career at MAPAL in 2019 and has managed all operations duties and responsibilities worldwide since 2023. Amongst other things, Steiner coordinates the planning, management and optimization of production and logistics processes and promotes strategic transformation.
Jacek Kruszynski

Fried 博士担任东符腾堡州 Südwestmetal 雇主协会主席，并且是 Südwestmetal 董事会的成员。
René Güntner

Alexander Koschewski

执行副总裁（EVP）Alexander Koschewski 先生负责战略和业务开发。Koschewski 就读的是信息技术和自动化技术。他是业务流程管理方面的资深专家，负责战略和业务开发。
Koschewski 先生在此之前，曾经领导过项目管理办公室。他在MAPAL集团的转型过程中发挥主导作用，并负责内部沟通。
