クレス博士は教育や業界にも尽力しており、例えば、アーレン大学の大学評議会のメンバーであり、VDMA精密工具協会の理事でもあります。

クラウディオ・ガボス氏は最高販売責任者（CSO）として、マパールグループのグローバルセールスを統括しています。また、マーケティングおよび広報の責任者でもあります。

機械エンジニアとして機械加工および工作機械業界で約20年の経験を持ち、2015年にマパールでキャリアをスタートさせ、直近ではマパールイタリアの総責任者を務めていました。

Roger Steiner is MAPAL’s Chief Operating Officer (COO). The industrial engineer has more than 25 years of industry and management experience.

He began his career at MAPAL in 2019 and has managed all operations duties and responsibilities worldwide since 2023. Amongst other things, Steiner coordinates the planning, management and optimization of production and logistics processes and promotes strategic transformation.

Jacek Kruszynski assumed the role of Chief Technology Officer (CTO) in MAPAL’s Executive Team in 2020. He heads the Research and Development, Product Automation, Product Management and Market Segment Management departments for the sectors of automotive, aerospace, die and mould, and general mechanical engineering.

The mechanical engineer began his career at the Institute for Machine Tools of the University of Stuttgart. After this, Kruszynski assumed various roles in the tool industry.

Dr.-Ing. Michael Fried has been part of MAPAL’s Executive Team since 2015. He started as Chief Operating Officer (COO). In 2023 he became Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Prior to joining MAPAL, he was the general manager of a medium-sized company.

Dr. Fried also heads the employers’ association Südwestmetall in Eastern Württemberg and is a member of Südwestmetall’s Board of Directors.

René Güntner is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at the MAPAL Group, responsible for financial accounting, controlling, facility management and purchasing.

He joined the company in 2025. He studied business administration and has around 20 years' experience working in the finance departments of internationally active industrial companies. During this time, he has taken on a wide range of management responsibilities and built up extensive expertise in various financial functions.

Executive Vice President (EVP) Alexander Koschewski is responsible for the Strategy and Business Development department. Koschewski studied information technology and automation. He is a renowned specialist in business process management and is responsible for strategy and business development.

Koschewski previously headed the Project Management Office. He leads the transformation process of the MAPAL Group and is responsible for internal communication.
