We regularly carry out occupational health examinations at the workplaces. In this way, we want to determine and maintain physical suitability for certain activities and identify any possible impairments as early as possible. Because your safety comes first at all times.

Of course, our employees can also contact the company medical service outside of these examinations if they don’t feel well.

No time for breakfast at home? If you’re feeling peckish, our employees can fill up on sweets as well as milk and soft drinks. 
As well as this, we have coffee machines and vending machines available for our employees throughout the entire premises.

Space for personal commitments: As far as possible, our employees can decide for themselves when they start and finish work. Of course, this is done in consultation with the respective department and the other colleagues there. 

Employees working in shifts, trainees, interns and holiday workers work fixed hours because of their dependence on other employees. 

Siamo un’azienda familiare allargata e ci sentiamo come una grande famiglia, perciò ci piace anche festeggiare insieme. A seconda della sede, vengono organizzati, ad esempio, festival estivi oppure il nostro annuale mercatino di Natale. La nostra Coppa del Mondo ovvero Campionato Europeo di calcio MAPAL si svolge ogni due anni, riunendo colleghi provenienti da varie sedi in Germania e all’estero.
Alcuni eventi sono riservati esclusivamente ai dipendenti, altri includono anche parenti e visitatori.
Noi tutti siamo un’unica MAPAL e sappiamo apprezzare i risultati dei nostri dipendenti. Per questo una volta l’anno rendiamo omaggio ai nostri colleghi di lunga data con una festa a cui sono invitati anche i dipendenti ormai pensionati.
