130 MAPAL employees honoured for their loyalty to the company

Dr Jochen Kress, President of the MAPAL Group, welcomed the attendees: "I am delighted that we have so many employees celebrating their anniversaries this year and that we are once again able to celebrate this evening together in keeping with tradition." He honoured the loyalty and commitment to MAPAL. "MAPAL has benefited from your expertise and experience for many years. I would like to thank you personally and on behalf of my colleagues on the MAPAL Executive Team."

Works Council Chairman Uwe Homann congratulated the jubilarians on behalf of the Works Council and the workforce. "You are the special people who have impressively mastered a long period of time with many changes. Time has strengthened you with every challenge and made you experts in your fields."

Lord Mayor Frederick Brütting conveyed greetings from the city of Aalen and the local council. He thanked the MAPAL company and the Kress family for the many ways in which they have shown their solidarity with the city of Aalen and the region. Brütting cited the immediate willingness to support the Aalen Declaration on Climate Neutrality 2035, the provision of accommodation for Ukrainian refugees and the great willingness to help after the earthquake in the Hatay region in Turkey. The excellent cooperation is an important asset. Frederick Brütting congratulated the jubilarians on their loyalty to MAPAL and on feeling at home in the company and among colleagues for such a long time.

Following the speeches, Lord Mayor Brütting and Dr Kress honoured five of the jubilarians for 40 years of service. They received a certificate from the state of Baden-Württemberg and one of the Chamber of Industry and Commerce. Dr Kress presented the employees celebrating 25 years of service with the company with a certificate of recognition from the Chamber of Industry and Commerce.
