MAPAL Precision Tool Systems Co. Ltd. is the Taiwanese subsidiary of the international MAPAL Group at the Tainan City location. Focused on the production of high-quality precision tools for the East Asian region, MAPAL PTS is known as a reliable partner to its customers and a dependable employer to its 120 team members.
The state-of-the-art plant of MAPAL PTS produces high-quality tools for fine boring, boring and milling – and does so with using MAPAL’s specialist technologies and standardized processes for customers of all industries. Reconditioning and regrinding services in original manufacturing quality increase customers’ manufacturing efficiency.
We are committed to provide our extensive customer base both domestically and abroad with customized / various tools or turnkey projects that meet the needs of precision manufacturing. From the overall tool planning, process improvement, tool optimization to the whole plant's tool repair, re-grinding and tool management system are in our scope.

Health measures

We encourage our employees to be healthy. Specialists from the occupational health service advise and support our employees in order to prevent and treat illnesses. They also offer various preventive examinations.

We’re also happy to support sporting activities employees take up outside the workplace. For example, we pay part of the entry fees for various swimming, running and cycling competitions or provide you with team clothing.

On top of this, our employees can attend seminars and workshops on the topics of ergonomics at the workplace, exercise, nutrition and stress management.
