Graduation for trainees and presentation of certificates
In 2023, 56 young skilled workers at the MAPAL sites in Aalen, Pforzheim, Winterlingen, Altenstadt and Meiningen successfully completed their dual training or dual studies. Eleven graduates were awarded prizes and commendations by the Ostwürttemberg Chamber of Industry and Commerce.
An important chapter of their lives lies behind them: 56 former apprentices have successfully completed their training at MAPAL this year. As part of a celebration, Dr. Jochen Kress, President of the MAPAL Group, personally congratulated the 38 graduates in Aalen and handed over their certificates. He encouraged the young professionals to contribute their knowledge to the company and to contribute to the success of the MAPAL Group. All graduates received a job offer.
At MAPAL WWS in Pforzheim, Center of Competence for PCD tools, the company is proud of nine newly trained industrial mechanics who will now support their colleagues in production.
At BECK, Center of Competence for multi-bladed reamers, five successful graduates were also celebrated, and they will now start at the Winterlingen site.
The team of the MAPAL subsidiary WEISSKOPF Tools in Meiningen is pleased to have a newly trained specialist. At MILLER in Altenstadt, Center of Competence for solid carbide tools, three junior employees completed their training with good results and now also support the teams in production.
