In Brasilien arbeiten rund 125 Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter bei MAPAL do BRASIL – Ferramentas de Precisão Ltda. Unsere Tätigkeitsschwerpunkte liegen in den Bereichen Zerspanungswerkzeuge, Spanntechnik, Einstellgeräte und Dienstleistungen im Zusammenhang mit der Werkzeugverwaltung.
Der Standort Ibirité, in der Metropolregion von Belo Horizonte, wurde 1997 gegründet. Die Kolleginnen und Kollegen versorgen nicht nur Kundinnen und Kunden aus Brasilien, sondern länderübergreifend aus ganz Südamerika.
Der Ausrüstungs- und Technologiestandard im Werk von Ibirité ist hoch und entspricht dem weltweiten Standard innerhalb der MAPAL Gruppe. So legen die Ingenieurinnen und Ingenieure den Großteil der verkauften Produkte vor Ort aus und produzieren direkt in Ibirité. Die Kundinnen und Kunden stammen dabei aus ganz verschiedenen Branchen: der Automobil-, Luftfahrt-, Öl- und Gasindustrie, dem Maschinen- und Formenbau sowie dem Energiesektor.
Wie an allen Standorten legen wir auch in Ibirité sehr großen Wert auf die Aus- und Weiterbildung nach unseren MAPAL Standards. Wir investieren in Nachwuchskräfte und Qualifizierungen vor Ort – und stärken den internationalen Austausch mit unserer Zentrale in Deutschland und anderen Ländern. Ein Weg, den wir als Team gemeinsam gehen: Wir freuen uns, dass viele unserer Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter seit mehr als 15 oder 20 Jahren bei uns sind und ihr Wissen an neue MAPAL Generationen weitergeben.

In our company canteen we offer a wide range of hot lunches, which are served to employees in meal trays. Food that employees bring in themselves can also be freshly heated. In the bright and spacious rooms, there is an opportunity to talk to colleagues during the main meal times.
