Ohne Frage: Wenn eine derartige Zahl von Menschen zusammenkommt, benötigt man die passende Location. Der „Freudenschmaus“ bot dafür den Rahmen – und so konnte Dr. Jochen Kress, geschäftsführender Gesellschafter der MAPAL Gruppe, die Jubilare und weitere geladene Gäste, darunter André Mandel, Leiter des Amtes für Wirtschaftsförderung und Smart City der Stadt Aalen, mit einer kurzweiligen Eingangsrede begrüßen. 

Er unterstrich die große Bedeutung des Engagements und der Loyalität der Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter für MAPAL. „Danke, dass Sie sich einbringen und zum Erfolg von MAPAL beitragen“, so Dr. Kress. Die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter seien das höchste Gut und MAPAL wolle eine Firma sein, die Menschen anzieht, in der diese aber auch gerne arbeiten. „Das funktioniert nur, wenn man gut zusammenarbeitet. Dann stellen sich in aller Regel Erfolge ein und man bleibt der Firma treu.“

Following the speeches, Dr Jochen Kress and André Mandel honoured nine anniveraries for 40 years of service. They received a certificate from the state of Baden-Wurttemberg and the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK). The anniveraries with 25 years of service were awarded a certificate from the IHK.
