Neuer Senior Director Product & Service Management

With effect from 1 September 2025, Stephan Köstler has assumed the role of Senior Director Product & Service Management, heading up the newly formed department. In this role, he is responsible for the strategic and operational management of the merged departments PAM and Machines & Services.

Stephan Köstler has worked at MAPAL for many years, most recently serving as Global Head of Machines & Services. In this position, he was responsible for product strategy and operational leadership of the business unit, including key account management, production of setting fixtures and dispensing systems, software development, after-sales services, project-based consulting, and technical development. He also played a key role in shaping MAPAL's services and strategic direction, most recently by integrating c-Com into the MAPAL Group.

Stephan Köstler has driven the future-oriented development of the product and service business thanks to his technical expertise and market proximity. He has extensive experience in product management and places particular emphasis on managing the portfolio sustainably throughout the entire product lifecycle.
