MAPAL do BRASIL – Ferramentas de Precisão Ltda cuenta con unos 125 empleados en el país. Nuestras principales actividades se centran en los ámbitos de las herramientas de mecanizado de arranque de virutas, la tecnología de sujeción, los dispositivos de ajuste y los servicios relacionados con la gestión de herramientas.

La sede de Ibirité, en la región metropolitana de Belo Horizonte, se fundó en 1997. Nuestros compañeros no solo atienden a clientes de Brasil, sino que abarcan países de toda Sudamérica.

El nivel de equipamiento y tecnológico en la planta de Ibirité es muy elevado y cumple el estándar mundial del grupo MAPAL. Así, nuestros ingenieros diseñan directamente en Ibirité la mayoría de los productos que se comercializan y producen localmente. Los clientes proceden de sectores muy distintos: el automotriz, el aeronáutico, el del petróleo y el gas, el de la construcción de moldes y máquinas, y el energético.

Al igual que en todas nuestras sedes, en Ibirité también atribuimos gran importancia a la formación y a la formación continua, según los estándares de MAPAL. Invertimos en personal joven y formación sobre el terreno, y reforzamos el intercambio internacional con nuestras centrales de Alemania y otros países. Este es un camino que recorremos juntos como equipo: nos complace que muchos de nuestros empleados lleven más de 15 o 20 años con nosotros, así como que transmitan sus conocimientos a las nuevas generaciones de MAPAL.

Health measures

We encourage our employees to be healthy. Specialists from the occupational health service advise and support our employees in order to prevent and treat illnesses. They also offer various preventive examinations.

We’re also happy to support sporting activities employees take up outside the workplace. For example, we pay part of the entry fees for various swimming, running and cycling competitions or provide you with team clothing.

On top of this, our employees can attend seminars and workshops on the topics of ergonomics at the workplace, exercise, nutrition and stress management.

Parking lot
Our employees can park their vehicles or bicycles on our premises free of charge. There are plenty of places available.
