OptiMill®-3D-CS shoulder radius milling cutter

When machinists machine deep cavities or complex free-form surfaces, the OptiMill-3D-CS shows its strengths in two variants. It is also suitable for the manufacture of turbine blades and impellers.
With the tool, users can reduce the machining time and improve the surface quality of the components. This is made possible by the optimal geometric combination of radius and form cutters, which allows more distance between paths for pre-finishing and finishing operations.
If machinists have to machine deep, poorly accessible cavities, we recommend the OptiMill-3D-CS in teardrop form. The taper shaped milling cutter shows its strengths when machining large areas and areas with tool restrictions.
