We are right there for our customers in Mexico: MAPAL Frhenosa has two sites located here with the strategic goals of generating further growth, gaining more customers and expanding market share.

The Monterrey site, in the north-east of the country, was founded in 2004 and quickly established MAPAL Frhenosa as the market leader in the field of precision tools in Mexico. And not only on a regional level: the two Mexican sites also play an important strategic role internationally for the entire MAPAL Group. This is because the teams in Monterrey and Santiago de Querétaro work successfully with more than 60 countries and have concluded corresponding free trade and cooperation agreements.

Around 120 employees work directly on site in Monterrey and from home. They offer our customers comprehensive advice, state-of-the-art machining solutions as well as fast and reliable service. And thus, they support the domestic production sites of customers in the automotive, aerospace, general machining as well as oil and gas industries. Thanks to a number of service centres, the teams also offer repair, regrinding and setting work with short response times and in manufacturer quality. The production unit in Monterrey focuses new manufacture and reconditioning of ISO and solid carbide tools.

We're enjoying a growing success that we owe our employees, and so we support them in their tasks by providing regular training and further education. Furthermore, just like at other MAPAL sites, we train junior staff. Especially in sales, we also offer our employees a modern and flexible concept for mobile working.

Health measures

We encourage our employees to be healthy. Specialists from the occupational health service advise and support our employees in order to prevent and treat illnesses. They also offer various preventive examinations.

We’re also happy to support sporting activities employees take up outside the workplace. For example, we pay part of the entry fees for various swimming, running and cycling competitions or provide you with team clothing.

On top of this, our employees can attend seminars and workshops on the topics of ergonomics at the workplace, exercise, nutrition and stress management.
