AMB 2026: MAPAL draws positive conclusion after successful trade fair appearance

With a new trade fair stand, innovative solutions and in numerous discussions with customers and partners, MAPAL presented itself at AMB 2026 in Stuttgart as a strong partner to the machining industry. The international trade fair for metalworking provided an important platform for showcasing current developments and maintaining direct dialogue with customers and partners.

On 390 square metres of booth size, MAPAL presented solutions for a wide range of machining and manufacturing requirements. The focus was on both innovative tools and holistic manufacturing concepts that support companies along the entire production process.

“We highly value AMB because it takes place at the heart of the machining industry, enabling us to reach many customers and engage in direct dialogue with them,” says Dr. Jochen Kress, President of the MAPAL Group.

In addition to the solutions on display, the new trade fair concept made a strong impression. The open and modern design of the stand reflected the company’s ongoing development and provided an appropriate setting for technical discussions and personal encounters.
 

Innovationen für anspruchsvolle Fertigungsaufgaben

Zu den Messe-Highlights gehörte das neue EA-Performance-System für Feinbohrwerkzeuge im Durchmesserbereich von 10 bis 19 mm. Die Lösung ermöglicht eine besonders einfache und schnelle Einstellung und verbindet hohe Präzision mit Prozesssicherheit und Anwenderfreundlichkeit.

Ebenfalls großes Interesse weckte der neue MEGA-Drill-Composite-MD-EdgePro. Der für die Bearbeitung von Nietlöchern in Flugzeugen entwickelte Bohrer verfügt über eine lasergeschärfte Schneidkante und sorgt für eine hohe Bohrungsqualität bei gleichzeitig langen Standzeiten.

Die zahlreichen Fachgespräche auf dem Messestand zeigten, dass viele Besucher mit konkreten Projektanfragen und Anforderungen nach Stuttgart kamen. Für MAPAL bot sich damit die Gelegenheit, bestehende Kundenbeziehungen zu vertiefen und neue Kontakte zu knüpfen.

Präsenz über den eigenen Stand hinaus

MAPAL war auf der AMB nicht nur am eigenen Stand vertreten. Werkzeuge, Spannmittel und Bearbeitungslösungen waren zudem bei verschiedenen Maschinenherstellern in der Ausstellung oder in der Livezerspanung zu sehen. Die Kooperationen unterstreichen die enge Zusammenarbeit mit führenden Partnern der Branche.

Auch inhaltlich brachte sich das Unternehmen auf der Messe aktiv ein. Experten von MAPAL gestalteten Fachvorträge zu aktuellen Herausforderungen und Zukunftsthemen der Fertigungsindustrie. Themen waren unter anderem die Luftfahrtfertigung, die Optimierung von Kundenfertigungen sowie die Skalierung von Fertigungsprozessen im Defence-Bereich. Darüber hinaus war MAPAL im offiziellen AMB-Podcast.

Positive conclusion

From MAPAL’s perspective, AMB 2026 once again confirmed the importance of personal dialogue within the industry. The new trade fair appearance, the strong interest in the innovations presented and the numerous discussions with customers and partners all contributed to a positive conclusion.
