Three employees have been with the company for 45 years

MAPAL thanked 184 long-serving employees for their decades of loyalty – and looked back on 75 years of company history.

As part of its anniversary celebration at “Freudenschmaus,” MAPAL honored 184 employees for their long-standing loyalty. The combination of 75 years of company history and colleagues who have been with MAPAL for decades made this occasion truly special.

Am Stammsitz der MAPAL Gruppe in Aalen wurden drei Mitarbeiter für 45-jährige Betriebszugehörigkeit geehrt – ein Zeichen für beeindruckende Beständigkeit. Darüber hinaus feierten zwölf Mitarbeiter 2025 ihr 40-jähriges, 19 ihr 35-jähriges, 52 ihr 30-jähriges, 49 ihr 25-jähriges und weitere 49 ihr 10-jähriges Jubiläum. 

„Wenn wir heute auf die Jubiläen unserer Kolleginnen und Kollegen blicken, dann schauen wir nicht nur auf beeindruckende Zahlen – wir schauen auf Lebenswege, auf gemeinsame Geschichte und auf die Entwicklung unseres Unternehmens, die eng mit den Menschen verbunden ist, die sie mitgestaltet haben“, betonte Dr. Jochen Kress, Geschäftsführender Direktor der MAPAL Dr. Kress SE & Co. KG. „Das 75-jährige Jubiläum von MAPAL wurde nur durch das Engagement vieler möglich. Genauso gemeinsam gestalten wir auch die Zukunft von MAPAL – Schritt für Schritt, mit Weitblick und Vertrauen.“

Recognition from politics and the works council

Wolfgang Steidle, First Mayor of Aalen, also paid tribute to the honorees: “You have helped shape the company’s history and guided MAPAL into new times, technologies, and countries. Your dedication, enthusiasm, and expertise deserve the utmost respect. For Ostwürttemberg and Aalen to remain strong, we need companies like MAPAL – and people like you.”

Heinz-Uwe Homann, Chairman of the Works Council at MAPAL in Aalen, also highlighted the importance of the anniversaries: “This day is a moment to pause and give thanks. Every number stands for experience and commitment – for people who have shaped the company and contributed to its success. Your loyalty and critical thinking ensure that MAPAL remains not only 
economically strong but also human. You are the backbone of our company.”

Anniversaries at other MAPAL locations

There are also numerous anniversaries at MAPAL’s other German sites. Three employees have already been with the company for 40 years, and another five for 35 years. This year, 18 employees celebrated their 30th anniversary as part of the MAPAL Group, and 34 have been with MAPAL for 25 years. The group of employees celebrating their 10th anniversary is even larger.

Looking ahead in the future

With the recognition of these anniversaries and the celebration of its 75th anniversary, MAPAL looks back on a successful past and, despite current and future challenges, looks forward with optimism. The experience and commitment of its employees form the foundation for actively shaping change, leveraging new technologies, and continuing to develop MAPAL as a strong, reliable partner for customers worldwide.
