Lorsqu'il s'agit de l'entretien de vos outils, vous disposez de toutes les possibilités avec MAPAL. Vous pouvez nous envoyer des outils individuels en vue de leur reconditionnement et aussi conclure un contrat de maintenance global pour certains outils et appareils. Nous proposons notre service de reconditionnement aussi bien pour des outils MAPAL que pour des outils d'autres marques. Par ailleurs, dans le cadre de notre service de réparation, nous restaurons aussi des corps d'outils défectueux, érodés ou des porte-plaquettes endommagés.

Sur demande, nous vous livrons respectivement un procès-verbal de mesure qui documente la performance des outils reconditionnés. Et afin que la précision la plus élevée doit toujours disponible dans votre salle de réglage, nous nous chargeons aussi de l'inspection et de la maintenance préventives de vos outils recessing, appareils de réglage et de mesure électroniques. Pour nos systèmes de distribution d'outils, nous proposons par ailleurs un service de support et de télémaintenance téléphonique.

  • Continuing to use tools in original quality

    MAPAL increases the tool life and reduces the tool costs with original re-grinding and original coating. MAPAL employees pick up the tools on schedule and return them punctually, ready for use, in original quality.

  • Individually modifying tools

    Irrespective of the tools' manufacturer (MAPAL or other); irrespective of whether new or used: on request MAPAL individually adapts standard tools to customers' requirements. 

    Examples:
    • changing the diameter;
    • polishing chip flutes;
    • adapting the cutting edge geometry to the machining situation.

  • Ensuring precision and durability by means of maintenance

    To increase the service life of actuating tools, setting and measuring devices, MAPAL offers to prophylactically inspect and service them. Regular inspection and maintenance guarantee precision and process reliability in the production.

Maintenance and inspection of the complex actuating tools requires expert knowledge.

    M1 - Reconditioning MAPAL tool or tool from other manufacturer

    By reconditioning to original MAPAL quality the tools again achieve almost 100 % of the tool life of newly purchased tools. That saves costs.

    Scope of service:
    • Re-grinding and coating
    • Re-eroding
    • Re-tipping with indexable inserts or milling cartridges
    • Replacement of wearing parts
    • Chromium plating and re-grinding of shanks

    M2 - Modification of tools

    Beyond delivering the original quality, MAPAL also offers to individually modify the tools for the individual production task and return them quickly and punctually.

    The service module comprises:
    • Modification of length, diameter and cutting edge geometry
    • Polishing of the chip flutes
    • Individual undercutting on shanks
    • High-performance coatings

    M3 - Reparatur-Service

    Auch Werkzeuggrundkörper mit Ausbrüchen, Auswaschungen und beschädigtem Plattensitz erhalten ein zweites Leben. MAPAL repariert sie und stellt die Genauigkeit originalgetreu wieder her.

    Der Reparatur-Service beinhaltet außerdem:
    • Aufchromen und Nachschleifen
    • Laserauftragsschweißen

  • Regelmäßige Wartung von Aussteuerwerkzeugen erhöht deren Lebensdauer deutlich.

    M4 - Vorbeugende Inspektion und Wartung

    Die regelmäßige Wartung von Aussteuerwerkzeugen, Einstell- und Messgeräten erhöht deren Lebensdauer. So vermeiden die Kunden irreparablen Verschleiß und sorgen für präzise, sichere Prozesse.
